Lost all my progress

Difficulty : Soldier
Class : Scout

Problem : So yesterday i was playing the game normally, today when i tried opening the game, my save file was corrupted and when i tried to download a save file from the steam cloud the file was with the same problem I was like 17hours in the game already, the game presented this problem right after i started the swere mission is there a way that i can fix that or i will have to play the game again?

When this occurred i was in the beginning the mission where i go to the sewers, after Melian disappear, after that i saved the game and the i close the game, steam start to do the save cloud i wait and then close the steam that what happened the in the 7 of january when i tried to enter the game again my file was corrupted showing all my saves in 100% level 0 and i could do nothing.

I know this is someone elses thread. But I had my save get wiped.

I restarted again but don't want to continue. Since It could happen again. And I have to way to recover it.

Hey Yoruo. How are you? We are trying our best to fix the problem. However, we find that you lack an important file "Profile_1_save" . We try to reproduce the issue but no profile is loaded because there is no profile to load, so the save slots are empty.

Would you please try to find that file? Please tell us if you couldn't find anything! Thank you so much.

However, we find that you lack an important file "Profile_1_save" (The number corresponds to a save slot, so you may 2,3,4 or 5 depending on your progress). terry, could you give an update on what's going on with this game as far as patches, etc? Is there any work going on at all anymore? Or is the game in its "final" form?
