Not fun anymore. Beat the dark wip yesterday. Tought I go to the lower half of spider lair and boy that place sucks. Died at one point and the game spawns me in in the room I died in. Nice right? NOT! There is like 20 enemies attacking me right away at the same time as all enemies respawn on death!

It was fun for part of it and I like hard games but now I just get frustrated on every new part of the game!

Changing my review from positive to negative!

Also the devs said they'll release an update this month that will fix some issues so maybe you could play it again later

unninstal as much as you want but dont change the review because you just not that good at the game ... reduce the mod to easy or use Orys mod - is not that complicated

So you think it is a good design choice to respawn a player in the middle of 10-15 enemies that attack you right away after a death? here is the thing, they could respawn me 1 minute before this and let me fight them as it was intended, but no respawn him here where every enemy is aggro on respawn!

To much bad design choices made by the devs of this game!

BTW I did not change my review, I deleted it instead!

@MPN64 about being a good choice or not being respawned in the middle of the enemies - I see it like this - I assume that is a checkpoint, I haven't reached that far as you ... by the way I have the electro orb now ... what is the next orb - water or wind ?

That being said - if it's a checkpoint - then reload from a saved game or just leave the screen immediately by dodging and stuff ... it can't be impossible to dodge enemies and run away ... forget defeating them

I actually restarted from the save and made it through!
Still that respawn could have been in a better place!

Funny you have not got as far as I have still you judge me with comments about me being
"just not that good at the game" wait until you get there!!

Water is the next one! Still it don`t affect the fire balls that goes around and are in your way in the lower parts of the spiders lair. Odd design choice again as you have to wait until they stop burning to kill them for health drops or just jump past em and still be low on health!

I am telling you why I judged you - I play on warrior difficulty from the start - never changed to lower difficulty not even once and I play all 3 classes at once... I finished the pyramid with all of them and I try to finish the flying ship now with all of them - so I consider myself pretty competent and know what I am doing

Whining at its best. How about running away, wait a minute and go back to kill the enemies one by one? Easy and can be made by any child which can hold a gamepad, no need to complain about your OWN failures. You bought it, so live with it, but stop whining to get some cheap attention in your life. This is nothing else than a childish attention deficit. A tip, don't buy games instantly, this saves you so much stress, money, time etc. Or just pirate them, and if you picked a game you don't like, you will lose nothing.

The devs don't have to respond to every child who has attention problems. Your game rocks! Salt and Sanctuary/Sacrifice, Deaths Gambit, Blasphemous, DarkMaus, Slain, Yarntown, Tails of Iron, Shrouded in Sanity etc. had or still has not such a polished state at their release. It's like playing Axiom Verge, Dust An Elysian Tail or Valdis Story Abyssal City again, perfect game so far.

I never complain about cost or money I have plenty! I also don`t pirate games or use cheat engine that you have posted in some threads about!

I understand you, really.
But the Game is so nice and lovely under it´s brutal Gameplay, i think you should wait for the upcoming Patch . Maybe it´s better to play.
