Report a translation problem
I must rephrase "the last update", my last update was upgrading my motherboard, however, when Movavi was removed from the store, I think I assumed that something was changed by the Dev's, at that time.
I was concerned that I would lose the software, if I uninstalled it :/ As you mention it, I will uninstall and reinstall it and see what happens.
It did not occur to me that my motherboard change may be the issue, although I'm certain I tried before the change and got the same results, regardless, I will reinstall and get back to you
