Support to Video Format HEVC MOV Codec

After importing the video, the movavi editor cannot edit the video, as it informs you that the file is audio only.

How do I fix this problem, so does the converter do not support HEVC.

I'm on a windows 10 and already installed the Video Extension for H.265/HEVC linked but yet the video editor still don't show the images only the audio track
