Sometimes Can't export video as MP4

I use the software across 4 different PCs, and it seems random but on some PCs i can render MP4 videos for youtube upload, and on other PCs I can't just curious if there is something I can do to remedy this .TIA

I should clarify that MP4 isnt even an output option, not that there is a failure to render. That being said, since I'm currently being forced to use AVI i just rendered a video twice and both times the video has failed to upload properly to youtube. Currently exploring as MKV to see if that helps, otherwise I might have to move the project files to another PC.

I might advice to use MKV for export for several reasons.

Not really the issue. I can use MKV, but it generates significantly larger files than necessary which are just going to be processed and downgraded after upload. MP4 isn't the only video output type that isn't showing up, just the one I need. I really don understand why sometimes I can output as it, and sometimes I cannot.
