Steam vs Patreon versions

One of the reviews on the Steam page complained about the Steam version of this game missing content from the Patreon version. Is this still true? How long will it remain true?

So it sounds like the Steam version only lacks shotacon stuff, so IMO nothing lost, and worth the convenience of Steam.

Just sharing because I was looking for this same info due to that review, while debating whether to try the game out. Think I'll give it a shot; huzzah for 2h refund policy if it's not for me.
