My biggest complaint about this game a couple years ago.

How far into the game did you play? There are transformations that allow for this. Play a Succubus and get the tome that allows for gender switching, then add in a penis and balls (2 seperate transforms). The addition of the balls will get rid of her vagina. Now you have a full futa.

This. A common misconception is that a futanari is the Japanese equivalent of a male-to-female transgender. Wrong, the Japanese equivalent of a transgender is a newhalf. A futanari is a hermaphrodite - that means they have both male and female genitals.

This game does not support that but thanks to modding support it eventually will. It shouldn't have to take modding to get basic functionality, but the devs are putting in modding support because, well, they're taking the Bethesda approach to game development.

A lack of knowledge doesn't prevent one from seeking it. The dev has written some stuff up about modding both in the recent news updates and possibly the wiki. To quote the voice inside Kevin Costner's head
