Avoid wes and jenko (the eagle) from appearing in the photo.
You'll get a better result if the whole seesaw appears in the photo.

I've been having that issue with the dragon statue in the swamp...no matter how many ways I shoot it, it doesn't give it to me

Hello. It seems to me that you have to be in the epilogue chapter to be able to take that photo. If you are in the epilogue and still do not get it. You could restart the game, that has worked for me.

I'm playing on Switch not Steam but also have the same issue. I've taken multiple photos most without either of them in frame but it doesn't appear in my inventory. I've noticed a couple of other people reporting the same issue on Reddit but with no solution. Is it maybe a bug? I know the first time I took the photo my inventory was full so I had to go store some stuff in my house and go back could that have maybe made it glitch?
