I'm trying to figure it out if I'm reading something wrong (due to bad CN => EN translations), because in many videos that I watch in the "CN youtube" (bilibili) I see someone talking about a supposed "card game".

Can someone confirm?

Is it Lost Tales, aka the same one that is in Gujian 3? I couldn't make heads or tails of it there tbh. It seems to be some kind of trick taking game, but there's wayyyy too many combinations to keep track of.
