In case no one knew, the issue was due to Steam Summer Sale it caused 6 hour API issue that didn't allow most people in most online Steam games to log in. It's all resolved now.

It never happened, at least not on my end. I log out regularly since I'm only doing my retainer stuff in my main game.

Restart your steam client. If it's been running for a very long time it causes issues.
