The game is stuttering all the time.

I don't know what is wrong. I googled it and just get results of tutorials that turn out to be nothing more than going through and lowering settings and then saying if all else fails buy more expensive hardware.

That's a such a waste of time troubleshooting so far.

Since it's been out for so long, I'm going to assume the game is made by a company that won't take the time to optimize it. It's a cash grab or something. I've seen this so many times and will wait before I uninstall but it'll take a miracle before the end of the day.

if FFXIV really had 30+ milion subs it would have way higher player numbers on steamcharts, which they don't (also many people on steamcharts are most likely f2p players aswell without a running sub). on top of that wow is still the king of mmorpgs and at its peak only had 12 milions subs and FFXIV wishes they ever reached that high.

FFXIV only had 1 surge in player numbers and thats when they paid asmongold to stream for them, now its slowly going down in numbers again.
