Just be glad it isn't the summoner rotation from ffxiv stormblood lol
use phantoms to distract enemy,
retract phantom to get shields,
triple left click followed by a charged right one ( after 3 lefts your charge loads faster)
rage of the mountain as an emergency shield/damage reduction,
parry big tank busters with headwind style,
when boss is down, change to your DPS stance so you can charge right click up to 4( you deal more dmg but get less aggro, so when boss gets up take it off), if you lose aggro,
use drink to force the boss to attack you, this is undodgable and it's a 100% force taunt.
And that's it, it's a bit more difficult than phalanx, but waaaaaaay more fun.
Every class has mechanics, and this is nowhere as complicated as tanking was in XIV back when i started playing. (i'm looking at you drk...)
It is really simple once you get the hang of it, i'd say you'd be able to learn this in about 2 dungeons, it's a wall of text, but its really not difficult at all. Spear has way more issues keeping aggro than Zerker, so i suggest you try it.
Oh, and tera is not a good example of tanking mechanics, really...
