Help with the crypt, please (SPOILERS)

Hi, y'all!!

I'm quite stuck in the crypt. I think I have a more or less idea about what I should do (I need to find 3 ingredients to kill the monsters inside the jails to get the stones for the sceptre) but I have absolutely no idea where I can find anything, evert time I'm exploring the ghost/wraith/whatever kills me (I tried with candles out, but my eyes hurt a lot when I do that).

So far I have the solution vial and the terror stone. Can anyone help me, please?

Hi! There's a room where you can find the 3 ingredients you mentioned. Seems like your having a bit of trouble exploring because of the Wraith so I'll give you some tips for that!

You don't need to have the candles off the entire time, when you hear chain sounds it means he's nearby and you can hide in one of the wall corners until he passes by, and if you happen to run into him you can run away to a different room and hide in one of the wall corners then turn off your candles and he'll lose sight of you, just have to wait him out.

The only thing I can think of is that you mixed the wrong ingredents for the potion. You have to go to the storage and get the three ingredientes that appear in the book "sorrow angelica", "fire blossom" and, if I remember properly, "writh cap". You give that to the shadow and it should die.

You get Terror Stone by going north of the save cross, falling down the trap and getting past that area!
