This is a plant you can grow, it will grow in Winter and Spring, but Freya will randomly stock the pot plant in Winter.

To get the seed, you sometimes get it rewarded through returning a lost pigeon, or from dungeon chests. You cannot buy it.

You can also produce the seeds late game from seed maker if you have the fruit from it from the pot.

So is the reward from returning lost pigeons totally removed from the game

I've brought back over 10 and gotten nothing

You need a wait 5-10 days to get reward.

Yeah just had that happen

10 in game days but it doesn't count rescued ones from before befriending the duckathingy

What? Befriending the pigeon does not affect that at all.

Returned 10 of them a week in game before starting to befriend the penguin-pigeon-duckathingy

Took 11 times to befriend the duck and about 5 of them weren't worth the squeeze

so

15 days + 20 days + at least 10 days

to get the first reward from returning a flightless penguin
