Freezing on Letter

I am having an issue where I can no longer progress or save. A letter arrives in the morning, I can pick it up no problem but if I try to read my character freezes. Nothing in the background does, just my character.
If I try to just immediately go back to bed the day the letter arrives, the game gets stuck on the save screen and doesn't move forward.
Is anyone else having this issue?

I am also suffering from the same phenomenon.
I am playing with the switch version.

In the summer of my second year, after clearing the fourth dungeon and completing some quests, I received a glitch letter.
After that, I threw the letter away but when I sleep in bed it gets stuck.

You need to wait 1-2 weeks until Nintendo approach update. Console , Switch and etc always have approach ♥♥♥♥ like this.
