How do you get the second rune?

I defeated the first dungeon a long time ago. Does something happen that triggers it?

Did you get the second cursed rune? And pick the moon flower by the end of the month as well? (edit. I remember wrongly of what needed to open the rune )
( Check Dawn's house bookshelf and see which rune you have and what needed to give to her to lift the cursed )

Where was I supposed to get it? Was it in a chest? I literally never saw a rune.

It's dropped after first boss death. If you miss it try to ask big frog Atlas about losted items.

The other rune rocks? iirc, I killed the very last monster from the first rune and it drop the rock. This is from my memory cos I replay all over again cos I don't like the land I pick ( too big ), lol!

Then you need a find boss room. It's a room with big red mob face. Maybe you just fiight with mini bossess and see room with this sign ( ! )

Keep heading up where you can. It's always in the top-most room.
You cannot lose your rune, Atlas (giant frog) will always return it if you do.
