There are no missable achievements - you can get all achievements in a single save file/game if you play long enough with 1 exception. To get 100% achievements, you need to get the Challenge Accepted achievement which involves defeating the last boss on Hard mode. To play Hard mode, you need to defeat the game once on normal mode.
So to get this achievement, it requires you play through a second time on hard mode.
I'm going throw a ballpark figure at you, but it's more like a random guess - maybe 100 to 150 hours? Since at minimum you need 2 runs. And the most time consuming would be completing all museum collections which I have no idea how long this might take as some things are really rare. Please take this number with a grain of salt!
actually nevermind! i found the answer in discord.
"There will be an achievement for completing the game (on easy or normal, so switching has no effect on this), but hard mode is only unlocked if you beat the game on normal (without switching). There is a separate achievement for beating the game in hard mode. I think that way, players who don’t like combat at least have the same chance to get the “complete the game” achievement."
However, if you are used to playing on easy difficulty, I do not like your chances on HARD. It's not impossible, but you will need to farm up for a while before even attempting the dungeons.
It sounds like this is your first experience with a game.
If you want something you can fully complete without developing any kind of skill, might I recommend books?
