I purchased the game recently to see for myself but no, it has not been fixed. I was unable to set the resolution any higher than 1920x1080.

Had to refund.

On linux you can use "WINE FSR" to upscale this game from 1080p to 1440p. On windows there is an upscaler called "Lossless Scaling", but I don't know if it's good or not.

Old thread, but still relevant since it was one of the few posts on this topic I could even find anywhere on the internet. I bought this thing on sale with all the DLC and had to refund after tutorial... this was literally the only game I can remember ever refunding out of hundreds of games I purchased not in a bundle.

Besides the inexplicably limited resolution (1080p max) and no config file to edit, the textures were all washed-out with a bloom effect I always turn off (when there is an option to do so), which was on top of the trees that would pop in and out all over the place.

The core concept is neat, and I have a ton of experience with both WT and WoT, but whatever happened here is just unfortunate. Something as simple as implementing higher resolutions or at least an option to upscale in-game made this game unplayable for me. What a shame.

Go to this Folder:

C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\JoyBrick Inc\Panzer Knights

open settings.save
search for "Resolution" change 1920x1080 to 2560x1440 or 3840x2160

save file

right click on file -> Properties -> check write-only -> klick on Apply

Game is now in choosen Resolution
