Had to refund.
Besides the inexplicably limited resolution (1080p max) and no config file to edit, the textures were all washed-out with a bloom effect I always turn off (when there is an option to do so), which was on top of the trees that would pop in and out all over the place.
The core concept is neat, and I have a ton of experience with both WT and WoT, but whatever happened here is just unfortunate. Something as simple as implementing higher resolutions or at least an option to upscale in-game made this game unplayable for me. What a shame.

open settings.save
search for "Resolution" change 1920x1080 to 2560x1440 or 3840x2160
save file
right click on file -> Properties -> check write-only -> klick on Apply
Game is now in choosen Resolution
