Secret room

Struggling to get into the secret room, either I run out the door and land on the ledge opposite, or i run a little and fall short of the secret door. Any tips to land in that doorway? Kind of frustrating having to replay the whole game just to try and repeatedly fail

What I did was land on the door above it, then back up slightly enough to fall so I could land on the proper door. There's just enough ledge to stand without breaking the door, so shooting for the landing without panic-swinging helped.

Still struggling! My run either lands on the ledge above that door and i can't seem to back off it gently enough to get in the right door, or it just falls short. I can't seem to work out how to do a medium-length jump...
