Arrive Ashen Sanctuary at the village, but there is no way to the boss room. The only way is to behind

I have visited and 100% both areas, not sure what am I missing here?

I also 100% both areas and i did unlock one of the sides to the boss door by coming from Sonata Glade. The big red blocks that look like they should slide but are blocking the door between Roseate Thicket and the Ashen Sanctuary I am still unable to move though so not sure what I should be doing currently or where to go to get that ability that's needed. If anyone has any advice it would definitely be appreciated, thanks in advance if anyone has figured this out and can offer any help.

In order to proceed further in the Ashen Sanctuary, you need to access it from three different locations: Sonata Glade, Celeste Bathyal and Roseate Thicket. I was stuck for a while as well until I re-watched the Gameplay Preview Trailer on Store Page.

Use plant root to pull the red block then you can get to Ashen Sanctuary at the top of Roseate Thicket.There you can unlock another block of the boss room and the top of the sanctuary.

Ah, so the grappling hook was all that was needed to move the red blocks in Roseate Thicket and get to the next area (like Vhenlar said the store page video shows that exact usage which i hadn't noticed before). I finally got through there and was able to make some more progress, on to the final area and then maybe search for the Abyss that's mentioned in game. Thank everyone again who offered up a helping hand :)
