Or Project 64
wasent N64 emulation a buggy mess.
have you not checked it in a long time? if not and you used it recently you might have a messed up plugin or setting?
Project 64 or mupen64 has been stable for a long while. Same with Dolphin, PS2...etc most Emulator's are pretty good. It's Only Experimental when you start talking about RPCS3 for PS3 because of how complicated the PS3 Architexture/hardware Is.
Where as Yuzu and Ryujinx for switch are "stable" Because if one doesn't work chance's are it will work on the other. and Vice Versa
I LOVE THIS COMMENT!!!
Ocarina of Time... so much nostalgia. I am planning to replay that game very soon. I live in Melbourne, Australia and we are in lockdown, probably until the end of the year. That means plenty of time for video games
Also Turok 2 is on Steam, absolutely play this version, having mouse aim makes that game actually beatable, I could never beat it on Impossible with joystick aiming xD
But when are we getting GOLDENEYE SOURCE?!?!?!!!!
(there is a way to play golden eye and perfect dark with a mouse injector) Which at that point might as well be a PC version (There's also the Leaked XBOX version But I Assume you might not have a PC strong enough to run CBOX/XBOX emulator) so I guess you could right now. Just look in the description here. and you can get the ROM on your own I suspect LOL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MRIUOtby5G8
and Yes! I have turok 1 and 2 remastered on steam. I Grew up with the N64 so Moving with the C button's was so awkward for me. (Turok rage war Remaster when Night dive???)
Also If your interested there is a oot randomizer which will allow some twist's to your playthrough if you are interested. Pesonally I really Enjoy them.
(also for OOT which version did you have? I grew up with the Gold cart V1.00 that had the fire temple music and the crest? so I am really glad I have a backed up copy given how hard it is to find that version now?)
Turok Rage Wars was so good!!
Along with The "Deal" nightdive needed to make with tim haywood the composer to give the source code.
Believe Me I agree and There are Plenty of other's who agree with us.
Hopefully nightdive see's these thread's and does something, unfortunatly if there are Legal copyright reason's why they can't the best thing to do is emulate a Archived copy of a Rom.
I will take a archived copy for the n64 version since that's the one I have. Which I am nostalgic too.
Though You could probably find the Old PC version either on Ebay or "alternative sites"
If you already own the Remaster
you can legally "borrow" the original DMCA 2015-2018 (US Law though it maybe different where you live)
(" I Have to add this to show where it say's in the Law that you can do this, or people will falsely report to steam moderator's saying I promote Piracy" Though You do you to figure out how you get your copy should be a simple google search)
Or even if you don't own the original it's not "commercially available anymore" As Ebay is a 3rd party the Dev's don't obtain profit so it doesn't count.
So under US DMCA 2015-2018 You can "obtain a archived copy online or archive one you already own to a site because of preservation of non obtainable software and or game exception's"
You know a lot about the behind the scenes workings of this game. I know you have alluded too how, for instance you seem to know some of the devs, but just curious, were/are you part of the project, Lord of Mania?
If you would rather not say, fully understood. Just being nosey.
He doesn't Leak anything Against Nightdive or his Non disclosure agreement the calling out tim and having some know how on the "deal" is more the second person claiming to know stuff on that end.
I would not want John to get in trouble when all he does is show some cool stuff from the second game, since that would not violate his Non disclosure agreement.
the second person would probably rather remain unnamed, but they claim (allegidly) to have been the child of a akklaim employee.
Now most people would outright say they are lying (and To be honest I am not entirely convinced Myself) ,however they do have some merit a leaked a copy of the july build of 2nd coming (which right after telling me they had it a few week's later john post 's on the group ( I did not really have a working computer at the time so they could not link it to me as unfortunate as that was for me)
. and claim to have given it to john nevarro for his use in looking up cut content that he has shown to the group such as the 2nd coming djinn and the "Cut tv priest" character.
There are message's with the second person talking about the deal, but they go so far back the message list it would take Literal hour's to scroll through as it would have been almost a year ago all the way back in april when the v 1.0 came out.
You could find a video of a nightdive CEO doing a interview on youtube talking about tim getting to be the composer. It's also not that unknown that the source code used was the PS1 Version with some reverse engineered PC code.
I should be able to link a picture of the messages showing the file's for the game (also providing some proof they have "some form of merit to know what there talking about" here.
I would need time to edit the comment.
(edited) Alright here's a Link to a folder with the message pic's
Saying she had the file's before giving to him and also showing some skill with the model's and texture's the game use's
on my Gdrive https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Ze178djNJfxsCBn3lwfJNson4YQYuQBm?usp=sharing
Let me know if it doesn't work and I will see what I can do.
(and again the Leaked seraph queen model and deadworm along with 2nd coming' djiin is also on my (leaked seraph queen and deadworm thread here on the community)
There is also some other stuff (on my leaked seraph queen thread here )such as the 3d model of the seraph queen they created with in game texture's and mesh's and the picture's of the "grey slime looking thing" which is the model of the dead worm as can also be compared by the other picture also showing yort. ( all three being originally cut, and yort being the only one in the remaster now. With the queen and the worm going to be added later)
Just wanted to say that because it's freaking annoying to read this idiocy every time it pops up.
Also you're wrong about the meters being swapped.
That has literally nothing to do with this thread
Were talking about optional sound's and content from the original being in as a request something nightdive literally said to do on there pinned comment. (in your own word's it's annoying to read this idiocy... well were annoyed that you all will not shut up and just let us have our own opinion's/request's )
Also The Meter's are reversed Please actually either Play the da** N64 And The Remastered before opening your mouth
And if you can't be bothered to do your own research before insulting someone here's a link mr sheep.

And if this doesn't work I will gladly record a n64 OBS video and then have a remastered recorded video too.
Anyhow, it 's a bit personal for my zone of comfort. So, again, thanks, but I for one won't bring the topic up again.
Dammm!! Interesting though!!!
