Lv. 10 Coffin Gates glitch (Spoilers)

Found a bug at the end of a new playthrough. At the Marrow Gates, when i collect the Book of Shadows, the inscription “open the coffin gates” still remains in the Teddy Bear’s menu. When i re-enter the location, the gate is closed, a new book appears, even getting the secret and Michael’s phrase are triggered again. Repit won't fix it. The same thing in Fogometers only cadeaux door works normally but the Light Soul appears again. I play the vanilla and in my last playthrough of version 1.5 a year ago this glitch did not happen. Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix?
