Bug/Bad Balancing? => Impossible to defeat Legion?

Is it possible that there is a bug with Patch 1.1 that prevents to defeat Legion?

I am talking about Legion's second form.

I have collected all 666 Cadeaux and all 120 Dark Souls.

Also all bosses before were easy.

Even after 999 bullets, Legion is still alive.

What is going on?

played this game for the first time beat him my first attempt, yea he ate over 999 violator bullets and then some homing fires from the drum voodoo bone and still took like 20-30 shots from the sahdow gun but it wasnt really that hard
the helicopters on the other hand and even Milton T pike killed me 2-3 times

I only led the boss with the secret of being able to use all weapons.
and those were many attempts and hours that I fought with the boss.
The helicopters were easy to destroy.
All you have to do is take cover and wait for him to stop shooting

For this all you need to to stafe jump or use a shield. Unlike the chopper who’s attacks can’t really be avoided.

I use my 999 violator bullets, all my shotgun and machine gun bullets, shoot him with the Shadow Gun but he was still alive. If could be that my save file have is bugged, sometimes i couldn´t hang from any structure until i beat any boss or i died.

I think it used to be around 550 - 600 or so Violator ammo and then a shadow gun shot. In the recent patch they've stated that Legion is a bit tougher so it might be a bit higher now.

This is a change from the N64 version then, because back then I could make the final hit with anything, be it the violator, voodoo with asson, Liveside weapons(using secrets option for it), and they would still work.

I vaguely recall(but not sure) that in his human form, you need to use the shadowgun after stunning him with other weapons; same as with the Five, then the next phase against his trueform begins. Against his trueform, it was just a pure test of delivering and avoiding damage.

You always need to use the shadowgun. even on 64

I don't know why some find the helicopters difficult.
i got the helicopter from the sky in a few seconds.
i didn't even get a scratch

It’s not, your missing the point of you can dodge the final boss attacks unlike the chopper which needs cover and hitscans. If you need cover because you can’t dodge use the shield.

Every other boss = first try 3 mins tops to beat

Legion = first try 25 mins at least

I know bro, literally the Legion 1.1 complaints in nutshell, I think the only way Nigthdive could make EVERYONE satisfied with this is a menu to select difficulty.
