I finished the first tutorial mission, and after that there's supposed to be a video. But when I try to load it, the game only gives me a black screen on which it gets stuck. No video ever appears and I can't quit back to menu. I have to terminate the process....

Are they coming? Please provide us with an answer

I've managed to do every side objective in the campaign, and I'm missing one achievement. I looked it up and apparently it is a "No medical treatment" achievement. I can't find a mission with this side objective so I'm not sure where to do to hunt this achievement. I tried doing a quickplay game and the first mission again without doing any treatment, but that didn't help. (I'll note that on the mission that says "no violence" and "no shield generator", I didn't manage both in a single play, but those a...
