Invisible characters in cutscenes.
I have not installed any mods and verified the game files but no matter what i cant see any characters in cutscenes for example in the hospital i walk up to chiaki the scene starts but she is not there and after it ends i can see her standing there with the magazine. Its impossible to enjoy the game while conversing with disembodied voices.I would be grateful for any amount of help.

it worked so thanks for that but it does not change the fact that regionlocking bug fixes is incredibly stupid.
