Its not just ATLUS. Nearly all the Japanese developers and publishers completely ignore regional pricing for their titles and just expect anyone to pay nearly the same.
If you cant afford it, too bad.

I could easily pay the 50 Euro this game costs in Germany but i wont because its not worth 50 Euro, simple as that. Its just a remaster not even a full remake.
I payed like 20 Euro for the original game 18 years ago then i dont pay 50 for a remaster nowaday.

It looks like Atlus don't wan't to sell anything and then they'll cry that games don't sell on PC. Scramble was pretty bad is some regions but it was fine in few, this one is scam, literally 18 years old game for 70$, and for worse - there is no regional pricing. You can literally get all Yakuza 0-6 games for little bit than this "REMASTER" and these are SEGA games too.

They probably get most of their sales from the US and EU so they don't care about other regions. IE The world revolves around the US and EU.

Not gonna buy it at least on PC. The price is insane on this platform.
