l'm level 79 so battles are not an issue the problem is l do not know what to do or how to proceed foward

you need to go through the portal at NEW kagatsuhi phase to kill the boss and after that go to the 3rd kalpa curse corridor to find out where to get the star key.

The portal corridor takes you to different sections depending on what Kagatsuchi you're currently on when you touch it. If you found a death-fog maze, you're near the boss of it. Destroying the boss will remove the death fog from the earlier Kalpas Though if you go through the earlier kalpa's death maze beforehand, you'll get something good from the demon at the end.

Float Balls will not save you from the damage of the death maze, so you should be leaning hard on Estoma/Repulse Bell or constantly top yourself off with a stock demon if you cannot ward encounters off. If you see a Mothman, go North, and you should be there. If you can destroy the boss, just follow the advice of friendly demons about backtracking to certain areas like the earlier kalpa's death maze.

One final note of advice: You better Null Dark, or you're gonna get the Angel Express.

Once you finish the boss there there's a kind of convoluted side quest you need to do in order to unlock the 5th Kalpa, but it only takes around 15 minutes to do if you follow a guide (which I recommend you do for this part).
