Load Sharing

This game has so much potential however I always run into problems where my LV cables become overloaded. This is due to the routing algorithm in the game where the closest substation will be used to power a city. You need to place substaions around a city with equal cable length both LV and HV to share the load properly. It would be nice to have a way of sharing the load so you could have 1 or 2 large substations powering a city and when a cable becomes overloaded the power is routed through another cable. If all cables become overloaded that's when they start to fail.

Perhaps a new building could be introduced similar to the switching station but smaller so it can be placed inside a city.
