Q: I can't move my hands. Help!
A:
If you can move your hands but can't click anything, see next question.
Check SteamVR is installed (it is a separate program from Steam). Close Superfly and SteamVR, start SteamVR and test whether it's working. Then launch Superfly while SteamVR is already running.

If this doesn't fix it, go to SteamVR > Settings > Video, uncheck Pause VR when headset is idle

Q: I can't click anything. Help!
A:
Steam: Navigate to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Loco Motion Devs\Superfly then delete or move the settings.json file. Please keep in mind this will delete all progress you have in game.

Quest: Delete your cloud backup for Superfly. You can do this by going to secure.oculus.com/my/cloud-backup/ on a computer. Scroll to the app (Superfly) you want to delete your Cloud Backup data for and click Delete. You may also have to go to the storage settings on your Quest device and delete the App Data for Superfly. Please keep in mind this will delete all progress you have in game. After it's deleted, try uninstalling then reinstalling the game.

Q: The game isn't projecting into my headset or all I see is a black screen!
A: Go to SteamVR settings on your computer, in settings make sure advanced settings is set to show, select developer from the list of options, and then it should say what the current openXR runtime is. Make sure the current openXR runtime is set to SteamVR and not set to Oculus.

Q: How do I check what version of the game I have?
A: Click the gear icon on the library game page, go to properties > local files > Browse local files and open version.

Q: How do I find the game's log files?
A: Superfly stores log files in C:/Users/[username]/AppData/LocalLow/LocoMotionDevs/Superfly, in a file called Player

Q: How do I access the Beta on Steam?
A: Click on the gear icon on the library game page, then select Betas, click on the dropdown and select beta - for testing.

Q: Is it on Quest?
A: Superfly is available now on App Lab for $14.99! https://www.oculus.com/experiences/quest/5005910339424387/

Q: Does Superfly have mod or steam workshop support?
A: Due to the nature of the code used in Superfly, we could not add mod support.
We have an unofficial modding community in our discord, link is at the bottom.

Q: Is there a Story Mode or a Tutorial?
Yes! Click on "Story Mode" from the main menu to access our tutorial.

Want to play the tutorial or story again?

Navigate to C:/Users/[username]/AppData/LocalLow/LocoMotionDevs/Superfly and delete or move the settings file. Deleting the file will permanently delete your progress. You can also move the file to another folder if you wish to save your progress, and then move the file back after.

Q: Why are there no NPCs / Pedestrians?
A: Their AI is too complicated for us to implement and adding humanoid characters would raise the age rating of the game.

Q: There are only 3 bosses. Will you add more?
A: At this time we have no plan to add more bosses. We simply don't have the manpower to do so.

Q: Are you adding more powers?
A: Superfly recently added 4 more powers for a total of 12 powers to mix and match! We are not planning to add anymore beyond these 12 and their 24 side grades.

Q: Why isn't the game multiplayer?
A: It's simply not possible for Superfly to be multiplayer. In order to make a multiplayer game, the code has to be built with that in mind from the beginning. Retrofitting it now isn't possible.

Q: When is the next update?
A: We recently released another update in May. Check it out!
