Is this better than Maximum 2020 and does it have any college mods?

Just got Maximum 2020 on PS4, mostly for the COLLEGE play. But sure enough, the game has no built-in college "option" style run plays. Also can't call audibles when ON Defense. Apparently it's the 3rd version and it really doesn't reflect that. Its like where Axis was back in 2016. But as I said, I tried it only for the college teams. However, that said... some questions about Axis 2020; can we change the camera angle? Does it have a broadcast cam that is PLAYABLE? Does it have an announcer? Volume settings? And finally, is Axis 2020 coming to PS4 or PS5 ?
