Where the ♥♥♥♥ is the control room key someone said its on the lower decks of the big ship but I still cant find it.

If it's the one I'm thinking of then it's on the lower deck in a room at the very front of the ship. It's on a table with three goons stood around it talking and a ladder.

I couldn't find it after a good hour maybe more. Gave up and noclipped into the control room personally.

Fukn thank you, ive been looking for like 15 minutes and i didnt want to burn out over a damned key

Sorry but I still can't find the key? I've took out every mob and checked every room in the ship but in vain, there's a door locked at the back of the ship

Hey there, I had the same issue everyone else is having, the game "hides" the passage you need to take to get there. Go back down into the ship through the doorway, and keep an eye out for a semi-hidden passage with boxes blocking it. You have to go through there, the whole other half of the ship is hidden back there.

This will lead down a passage to other rooms with enemies playing poker, the key is in that room. And a passage that leads out that locked door at the back of the ship.
