Mill not work and the game stutters

Hotfix 1.02 released. When I mouse over the Pen, the Pen displays triple production but I'm not getting 3x the meat. Makes is painfully slow to progress.

Dogs are literally useless now as in early game you dont have spots to use then and in lategame their bonus is a joke now, the old one was the only good way to progress, and thats gone.... Also Mills dont work anymore the just ping pong between 7-8sec. and dont generate any gold...
