I got 4\5, talked to the big shroom. Cant imagine where is the last one. Im in misty foothills now, defeated all other bosses. Is last memory gauntlet here?
I also got one from pearl knight quest.

If you have only one memory slot to collect left, don't worry. Finish the area you are in. You will eventually get it. Don't want to spoiiler too much. Just sayin' you will find it when it is time.

I did not find last gauntlet, shroom boss says I did 4\5 still...

If you defeated all bosses and got all memories from all areas, before visiting Misty Foothills, then there is only one left. It is NOT earned through a trial/gauntlet and you will get that AFTER you finished everything in the Misty Foothills. You CAN NOT miss it, unless you are fully blind or ignore everything.

Cant find one in the wetlands. Very other is checked.

Yeah. I got +1 memory on exit, but shroom boss still says I aint got enough.

That's why I am sking. If you have been 4/5 before you entered the Foothills, then the last one would be the one given to in the Foothills on your way back, AFTER you defeated the Council boss in the Council's Domain.
If you got the one on your way back and still miss one, then you haven't been 4/5 before you entered.

I see. Its probably in wetlands, but I cant find it at all.

There is one in Wetlands Plateau, that has red fog throughout the whole gauntlet preventing you from using wisps. Did you do that one?
