there was a mod for that and it worked perfectly but after the patch i cant get it to work anymore unfortunately

Game unplayable under proton (very low fps) at chapter "return to music academy"

Hello, I have the same problems... after patch #3 the mouse don't work right and the game hangs. also I can#t load an previous saved place anymore. Maybe the patch is not working right?! Anybody knows a solution??

Oh wow. I thought it was just my 4K monitor that was the cause of the stuttering animation sequences. When I play the game on my smaller monitor it's much smoother. Thanks! I want to play this game again in a different language.

Can you give us more details about what is exactly happening? What are the symptoms?

i vote for let us skip cutscenes. I have a hardware below the minimum recommended hardware, although I was able to play almost until the end, since in the long scene where the sides shoot each other (before the part where we meet in the hospital), the game crash and forces to close. if the animated cutscenes could be skipped i could continue the game

Some sequences in the game might indeed be too much for your hardware, if it doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

If you still want to play the game, you also have the option of using the NVIDIA GeForce NOW service. This is a game streaming service (live broadcast from another PC) that you can synchronize with your Steam library.

Thanks to this service, you will be able to play Syberia - The World Before on a powerful computer remotely without needing the minimum configuration; you just need a stable connection. Your computer will only manage the display of the image.

Best in ages loved it incredible

Really bad performance here. R7 3700X, 32GB RAM, Radeon 5700XT, game installed on SSD. On cutscenes is under 20FPS (can tank to 5FPS during the concert sequence at the beginning), and general gameplay is in the 30s FPS max. Game does not utilize the GPU, very low GPU utilization. I have tried the 22.5.1 driver (newest Radeon Driver) and the problem is the same. Currently on 22.3.2. Lowering resolution and details won´t help. Game will crawl with everything at minimum and at 720P. Performance is equally as bad as maxed out at 1440P. Something is wrong here.

Hey dudes, where's optimisation at? For starters, my PC fits the recommended requirements for the game, except for the graphic card. Minimal graphic requirements say: Geforce 750Ti. I've got 1070 ti, and what do I get? 10-20 fps, absolutely unplayable even when other apps shutdown. Changing the settings to lower doesn't help A SINGLE BIT, only tweaking the looks of it (which initially should help for those unlucky to get their hands on top-notch graphic cards, but not in this case). And I just wanna ask, do you live in the world of RTX only? Hate to break it to you, but not all point-and-click quest fans have the opportunity to have those at their disposal. Needless to say, other games run just smoothly with lower settings. Very much dissapointed with you guys
