Can't pick up the film in the attic

For the chest I brute-forced the lock, probably i should have played as Dana to get the combination from the photo room, now I am back as Kate and cannot return to playing as Dana and there is a film roll in the corner in the attic here that i cannot pick up...did I just mess up my savegame? can Microids patch this?

Nevermind that is not the film roll that is needed, there were 2 in the chest, I just couldn't see the interact icon because it mixed in with the bright color of the reel
