Tutorial bugs, mouse movement, and settings
First off, I'd like to say that I really like to aesthetic of the game and think that it has potential. However, in saying that, there is still a lot that needs work (as I assume you already know). I was only able to make it a minute into the tutorial without encountering a bug, when being told to check out and use the 'knowledge and magic' section, I was unable to interact with it further (I assume this is because I hadn't unlocked any scrolls nor did I have blood). However, I needed to interact with it to continue with the tutorial, but I couldn't.

The mouse movement feels really, really, weird, it feels as though it's meant for a controller. In my opinion, what's causing this is that there is a 'circle' around the player where the reticle can't go, while this isn't 'bad' but rather a gameplay choice, the fact that the mouse can be used to interact with things on the boarder of the screen while being unable to see the mouse until the mouse is already on said thing doesn't feel good, it's really disorientating. In my opinion, a simple fix would be to remove the limiting 'circle' around the player, making it so that the reticle can go anywhere on the screen. This would make both mouse movement feel much, much better, and let you see where your mouse actually was.

The settings of the game don't make too much sense in regards to the display, there are multiple options on a slider, options that affect resolution and aspect ratio, two things that shouldn't be on the same slide.

Addition note:
I'd highly recommend moving this title into the 'early access' state until the objective bugs have been removed.

Hello!

Thanks for the extensive feedback. Unfortunately Steam does not allow moving the game to Early Access. In any case, we are going to support the game and fix critical bugs in the tutorial.

Have a nice day!

Does zoom out is a bug?

Close combat at "F" - key is bad idea. Better shoot on "left" click, close combat on "right" click. "B" for change fire mode.

Hello!

Unfortunately Steam does not allow moving the game to Early Access.

Not trying to step on toes but you can in fact take your released game and place it down to Early Access. All you need to do is contact Valve and they'll do it for you.

Useful website for the topic https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/earlyaccess#:~:text=Click%20'View%20Release%20Options'%20at,launch%20discount%20you%20have%20defined.

I've been not only employed by indie studios, I've voluntarily helped bugfix and playtest for many and yours wouldn't be the first studio to go from releasing as a final game to Early Access or the last. Happens a lot actually, doesn't mean the game failed just means development is committed to making it better.

I really do think it's the most beneficial thing you can do for this game but that's your call. I just know first impressions are everything and people go into EA games differently and more forgivingly than finalized products.

Either way, best wishes! Cheers.

Not a bug. I was stuck there for 5-10 minutes too because tutorial explainst what you actually need to do quite poorly. There is a button to go to the next page in the bottom right corner of the book. From there you can actually select a scroll to draw. Tutorial doesnt mention that book has pages whatsoever and the button is really obscure.
