Report a translation problem
The reason cannot be that it wasn't released yet, because many other games which haven't been released have their store page accessible.
Probably some information necessary for rating hasn't been sent to Steam so that by default they hid the store page, which they are forced to legally now.
Dear developer, since you probably want the game to be as visible as possible (wishlists!) to have the best success with its future release, please make sure that Steam can reveal the store page in Germany again.
Can you please check again? I have no notifications on my dashboard, and when I try to access the ratings area I get the message "All good; all your games have the required rating entered."
It is entirely possible that you just have to fill out the questionnaire again. It has helped with the same issues with games from various other companies before. Reason might be some update that changed the questionnaire.
