No, I just changed the description to be more informative. "EA in late 2021 and Full release on 2023" was what was planned all along, but I had people continuously asking me on Discord what is "Q3" or "Q4" or when the full game is coming on. So I believe having this more detailed description works better.

Ah ok, I thought it meant the full release was in the third quarter of this year, not EA release. I'll be playing regardless, this game looks sick.

As I explained in another thread, the game went through some development problems and it will have to be postponed indefinitely into 2022.

The game had been struggling with development for a while.
I spent the entire month of October unable to work on the game at all due to personal issues, being busy moving into a new house, and eventually breaking my monitor and waiting a week for a replacement to arrive.

The game is proving to be more difficulty to develop than I imagined, due do the level of detail of stuff like death animations and gibs, each new monster takes several weeks to be finished. As my skills improved, I noticed that several stuff such as the player model and several weapons had to be remade.

I believe the best course of action is to indefinitely postpone the release until a proper, direct release date can be announced (which will happen, as I said above, when I can have 10 minutes of interrupted campaign gameplay to showcase).

But don't want to announce a delay without showing some good chunk of progress, like all the new enemies being added, scenario destruction, full songs, etc. Not to mention now that I have an ultrawide monitor I can guarantee the game will run well on 21:9 resolutions.

Hey @Mark VI, I have been keeping an eye on your project for awhile now and was amazed by your vision of this game's future, and your game is one I cannot wait to play. However I saw that you had said that you'd be delaying the game's EA release, and I just wanted to comment on something; For the love of all that is holy, please don't rush or streamline this game! So many games now are just uninspired, rushed, feature-less disappointments. I am love games that focus on gameplay, however gameplay driven experiences are dying in favor of story driven games in 8k (which I hate). Don't feel compelled to release the game with less features just to get something into people's hands ASAP. I hope that you put as much love and soul into this game as possible, something that a lot of developers don't do. I hope that the development process for you smooths out, and wish you the best in bringing your vision to life!

"Rise from your grave!" It's almost as late as it's gonna get for a EA late 2021

Might wanna update the Steam Store Page to reflect this, cuz I'm pretty sure that not everyone here is following your personal Twitter.

Dude, take your time, don't rush it. From what we could see so far, it looks amazing. Release it as soon as you are happy with your vision, not when people cry the loudest.
