krunker stuck on the loading screen

My friend hasn't been able to play krunker in a while his steam krunker worked at one point but wont load anymore. help

I had the same issuse and fixed it
You need to open the directory of the game (right_click_on_the_game >> proprieties >> local files >> open file local (or something like that))

at this point the file explorer should appear
right click on the .exe file (Official Krunker.io Client.exe), go to proprieties >> compatibility >> disable full screen optimization and execute as administrator (i do not have windows in english so idk exatly how things are called). apply and press ok

let me know if that worked

just execute the .exe file manually as dnx said. launching the game from steam seems not to work rn

that works too
it seems that in reality executing from steam does not work
no clue why. the only .exe file in the directory are the official krunker client and another called "elevate" that i have no idea what it does.
if you notice the sequence of the loading sequence from the OKC.io.exe and the steam launch are different
one check for updates and jump right into the game
the other one plays a loading screen with that montage, and result in the infinite loading issuse.
so... is steam executing another file? if it is, wich file?

just checked some things, the file that steam execute is Official Krunker.io Client.exe, so... i will just do what normal person does... wait for the patch

i play yesterday and i didnt had no problem but today when i tried to play the infinite loading screen appeard

it was a while ago but I didn't have the same issue and he has tried to load it up again and it was the same thing
