This game desperately needs a setting to disable mouse acceleration.

I don't understand why this game has mouse accel on. I found out that turning on the mouse flick setting reduces mouse acceleration but it is still there. But other than that, it needs an option where you can completely turn it off.

This game desperatly needs a settings screen accessible via Esc when you play... I cannot even do that.

Oh and a main menu too !
