why? plz elaborate on why you want them? pretty sure they are mostly for open waters not lakes. but lets ignore that and discuss why YOU personally want them in the game..
I am not thinking personally but when was the last time YOU saw a BASS boat without one? or have you ever been on one?
Lakes are open water and trolling motors allow for more precise angling tune in on Saturdays after the cartoons and you'll not only understand what one is but why most anglers would and others with real world experience would enjoy having one. but hey I like the Jurassic colors .....
I do not watch weekend fishing shows lol I have no need to? so you are "not thinking personally" yet asking for something based on weekend fishing shows?? why are you specifically asking then if not for yourself?? and who are you asking for? trolling motors do not belong in this type of fishing game..end of argument.
Out of curiosity, do you represent the development of of the game ..... Wilbur?

Wel.. they claim to be a team for the fans.. they let the fans decide and influence their decisions ... so ... yes.. i guess i do.. :)
A trolling motor would be cool as it is kind of annoying to have to go to the drivers seat just to move 20 feet.
*sigh* trolling motors can be either gas or electric, on most "fishing boats" and more specifically bass boats pr "fishing Sport Boats" have an electric trolling motor attached the BOW or the front of the boat and typically are controlled with the feet; which allows the fisher person or "angler" to silently maneuver the boat in and out of fishing areas they also make angling more precise and give the user ability to cover a range of "open" water: making them ideal for tournaments such as "The BASS Master Classic". As for the other type of trolling motor VIA gas (as in fossil fuel and sometimes mixed with Oil) are almost always much smaller than the 250 HP outboard but at around 9 HP or 15 (depending) are used in in river systems such as for King Salmon. That is because an electric trolling motor while stealthy doesn't have the power to keep the boat in-place to fight the current. Oh .... you can add drift boats and fly fishing too while your at it. I can see where someone might be confused. "open" water refers to "still water" such as lakes or ponds "open water" is a reference meaning one can come and go as needed. Open water may also refer to bays off shore of oceans or any ocean. YOU don't have to live on the Olympic Peninsula and do charters in Alaska or visit the heartland during the Holidays to figure it out. I really (really) enjoy Call of the Wild as do some of my friends. After what I've seen in the past few years, and the level of detail involved tells me that incorporating them wouldn't be too hard. Hey ... make it an unlock... point progression or something. ... with that response , Im confused to either say Tfank you or sorry for being vague.

Im not trying to be sarcastic here but if it helps . just take a look at nitro.com dont even have to navigate the site. Nitro is a well known dealer of Bass and "other" fishing boats. I will let it be I guess and never mind.
