I am assuming that the other ones aren't active yet cause the legendary fish indicator on that reserve selection went from purple to grey after I caught Goldstein same spot as james fast travel to that spot and walk directly southeast pass the first smaller inlet and go to the second larger inlet with all the lilly pads can fish him right from the shore and use the blue frog size 4 nothing else strikes that frog so dont worry about using larger I tried larger at first and it didnt work

Not true, had nothing but rainbow trout and pike in the hour I was just there on size 4 frog lol.

I think if someone else gets him within a set time he won't be around. I caught him and someone else showed up. I kept fishing but for anything else (mostly got pike). He didn't get anything and I saw him using a frog and a spinnerbait. He left after about 30 minutes.

Caught him this morning. #4 Frog. Two other people were fishing there and were probably mad that I got him. It was a long fight to haul him in, but never really in doubt.

I fish with multiplayer turned off also when your int hat area it should say "legendary fish active"

otherwise he aint currently there that is just where he is when he is there and when he is there that blue frog didnt catch anything but him
