What is Important to get High xp out of a Catch because the Game dont tell u anything about it

is it only the Line (like some YT-Videos said)
So that i can us my highest Rod and highest Brake wiuth a line of o.50 Kg and get the MAximum xp from a Diamond as Example only
Or do i need to lower my Whole Setup like
1kg Brake, Rod and Line.

Leveling of The Equipment is not nessecary only high XP from Catch

You have to go fishing for Taimens, it gives you a lot of money and XP.
All big fish in general give you a lot of money and XP, especially Diamonds. If you manage to catch big fish with a weak rig (low strength line) it pays too.

Go to each map per day and do the daily and weekly challengers. Pick and choose those (easy selection one like catch 25/40 fish any size etc.) Omit diamonds etc,)
Fish caught give xps and when target met more xps.
