Mod Support
Due to the "inability" or "unwillingness" of devs to provide an authentic angling experience so far, how about letting the community do the dirty work and allow people to create mods and share them through the Steam-Workshop?

Adding mod support also means you wouldn't let 95% of players completely down who do own the game but have no interest to play again, after getting bored only a few hours in, because the game is not at all reflecting the thrill of angling just a bit with it's utterly simplistic gameplay and completely one dimensional scripted fish behavior.

That way you also may come to find more than just a few hundred guys willing to buy into your map dlc's, that do absolutely nothing to compensate the lack of interesting and fun gameplay.

Wouldn't that be a simple option / solution to provide a perfect gameplay experience for everyone?

Are you really serious??? What do you want the devs to do??? Maybe you want water to come splashing out of your screen??

There are a small handful of people who will NEVER be satisfied. Do you "moaners" fish in the real world?? I do and I am not disappointed in The Angler.

Odd reality is you're the "hand full" of players, an absolute minority who believes this game reflects authentic angling at all.

95% of players not playing anymore for obvious reasons.

If you feel this way, why on earth are you still here???
Emme 13 NOV 2024 a las 11:33
Where do you take these numbers from? And since when do followers reflect active players?
The stats in the link don't lie. It's the live tracker of the game.

Your arguments are typical fanboy nonsense. People like you would pay money for dev's diarrhea and be happy about it, because you have no common sense about quality products anymore.

Why on earth shouldn't I be here talking about the obvious flaws of a game? Because you don't like it? Who tf are you to tell people what to do and what not to? I have the same right to be here and talk about my subjective opinion like you do.

What a miserable way of you trying to force your own intolerance on somebody. And actually that doesn't impress me too much, tbh.

So why on earth are you still trying to argue with me here? You're not going to change a thing about me giving feedback.

The "Taylor Made" achivement will been unlocked when a player complete all ten main quests in Golden Ridge, and only 3.9% players finished it ( I'm one of them, but I dont think the data is so good, it's toooo low), I think 96.1% left should know they need reputation points for unlocking gears, obviously they dont need it.

LOL, BuckarooBass you need to learn how to deal with other points of view. There's nothing stopping you from creating the thread you would prefer to participate in.

I mean we all know such guys. They are all over the place in modern gaming communities.

Just the typical fanboyism forcing it's cancel culture, completely ignoring bare bone stats and facts. Only view that matters is their point of view. If you share your thoughts then they'll be furious about it and start raging at you. It's common sense today.

I mean everyone knows that those Steam statistics don't lie. That's exactly the point at that guys like Roo are already loosing the entire debate. But these days nobody knows when it's time to stop, 'cause they can't take a L.

Anyways, he'll have to deal with it no matter how much he's furious about subjective feedback!
