Multiple rods ?

When are you gonna introduce rods holders in the game? bottom fishing with one rod is kind off boring.

Would be nice to bottom fish and use a lure or float rod at the same time.....

I think it's a much more complex process because you can't move when casting ATM. They would need to add this first for it to happen. It was a bad design choice from the get-go. Any other fishing game out there lets you move around when your line is in the water.
