Photo Challanges do not work

I am not sure if I am the only one but those photo challenges don't seem to be working. although I am tracking the challenge once I arrive to destination (this has happened more than once) the quest does not trigger. Example would be Diamond's Peak Photo Challenge 2. Great game but need a lot of work. Disappointing!!! :(

Many people are unable to complete the photo challenge because the mechanics are hard to understand, so I'll explain how to do it.

How to do the photo challenge:

1. Go to the location of the yellow marker.
2. While standing there, perform the following operations. (Do not move from that location)
3. Operate the camera and adjust the angle of view so that the question mark is in the center of the screen.

If there are no bugs, this should complete the mission, so please give it a try.

When I actually tried it, I noticed that the mission had changed slightly from before.
So even if you refer to YouTube videos, it may not work.

The change is that the position for taking photos was previously the pier, but now it's south of that.
And the yellow marker that should have appeared there didn't appear. Is this a bug?

But I was able to progress through the mission.
I was able to clear it by putting the question mark in the middle of the screen at the position shown in the attached image.
