how do i lvl up line/rod/reel ?? i get 0% mastery all the time.

i have played for hours getting golds and silvers.. with a quite heavly DLC rod/reel but i dont get any xp.. sometimes i get like 1 or 2% on one or the other.. but almost 40 fish later and its still 0% progression...

also,,, once i master something, how much xp do you get for it? or do you get anything else?

Use the lightest line that will still bring in your fish without breaking the line. You will get more XP and you will start to level up your equipment.
