What's the recommended gear for the catch a bluegill quest?

half the time I accept one of these catch a fish quests in never tells me the recommended gear I need to proceed with the quest so I'm softlocked until I manage to guess. I've already bought all the bait so I'm not sure what else it would recommend

Try No 10 hook and bloodworm.

Bye the way you then have to equip it, i always did that at the shop not sure if that's really required or not. When you do start fishing that set up seldom works.
