CANNOT COMPLETE DIAMOND'S PEAK PHOTO CHALLENGE 3

The way point for the challenge is .5 miles from the dock, up on the mountain. I cannot reach the way point to continue or complete the challenge. PLEASE HELP IT IS NOT PLAYABLE.

stand at the very end of the dock and look up at the way point for a few seconds and it should trigger

This worked for me right now just as Skelos described it: Walk back from the dock until the view looks like on the picture, wait for 2 seconds while looking on the waypoint.
