Gold Smallmouth Bass

Advice? Im only getting silvers. 2nd Diamond's Peak Challenge. Currently using 2 kg line and a size 7 spinner.

I got it after a lot of bass caught (maybe 30-40). On this particular setup mentioned before.

Well, if you want to fish gold smallmouth bass, try #6 and #5 popper or spinner, you have 2 ways to do this.

1. use #6 hook, aiming for silver and gold, fish silver until system spawn a gold for you, might take more than 100+ time, based on your luck.

2. use #5 hook, aiming only gold, you either hook or drag nothing, you can try few times with different spot, then return to the menu and get in the reserve again for another spawn.

If you don't want to drag all the time, you can try #6 with leeches or minnows.

Thanks for the suggestions! What u mean drag tho? (Yes it took 30-40+ fish for a gold to take the spinner #7, then i had experimented also a bit with hook sizes between #7 and #1/0)

Oh, by drag, I mean using lure or jighead, since you know, if you use leech and minnow, you can just cast it and wait the fish, switch the window to do some other stuff.
